Lost: one bookworm
Last seen entering the Scholastic Book Fair Warehouse Sale. Search party not necessary, just leave food at the beginning of each aisle.

Tamra Lucky you! 7y

ladym30 Oh my!! 7y
BookFreakOut @Tamra @AmyG I feel lucky that I even got to go! I only learned about it yesterday, today was the last day, and we happened to already be traveling 2 hours to where it was for a graduation party! 7y
BookFreakOut @ladym30 I was making so many little excited noises, you'd think I was cuddling kittens or something! 😄 7y
ladym30 @BookFreakOut 😂😂😂 7y
ElyssaReads Nice! I‘m a little sad at myself for not going to the one in KC but my bank account is probably happy about it. 7y
BookFreakOut @ElyssaReads You would not believe what a good sport Kendall was, TWO HOURS and not a word of complaint (he got to pick lunch after lol). I'd love to go with you next year, I found out about this literally the day before and we were already coming up for his cousin's graduation party. 7y

Hat tip to @PatriciaU for sharing this gem earlier 😂😂😂👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. Some of my happiest schooldays were when I got my big Scholastic orders. Mine always towered over everyone else's 😁☺️🙈. Anyone else do the same thing back in the day? #LitsyHumor

tapgurl Yes me! Until my parents told me I had to cut back:(. Whaaat no! I still have all my books from then❤️ 7y
Chocamanda On the day of the book fair my mother would give me a "blank" check with a note that said "not to exceed $30". In the '90s that was a lot of books! Best. Day. Ever. (edited) 7y

night_shift Yes! I used to love taking a few bills up to the fair and finding something good. I help build these things now 🤩 7y
TEArificbooks I am currently working the book fair for 2 weeks! It is a dream come true. 7y
TEArificbooks The "it" items this time include a scented gummy bear highlighter, a book called Purrmaids (half cat half mermaid), and the local hockey team poster. 7y
ClairesReads This is so true! 7y
Bookfan1414 My mom wouldn‘t even look at the book titles.... she bought me books solely based on the number of pages(it had to have at least 400 pages). Some of my favorites came from that approach 😃 7y
Aliking1986 I used to love them, now I run them and they‘re every bit as wonderful as you all remember! 7y
stacybmartin Luckily I get to go to my son‘s book fairs twice a year! It‘s still amazing. 💙📚💙 7y
Char My mom used to let me pick a bunch of books each time, so often I had quite the pile compared to everyone else. 7y
BookBabe Yesssss!!!!! 🙌🏻 This is so true! I have not been able to replicate that high! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ 7y
