I don't know what I would do without this book series, Brent Weeks has quickly become my favorite author. I love how they show the dark side and still find beauty in it. This book has become apart of me and I will always come back to the series, I love the losses and the victories. I am unconditionally and irrevocably in love with them.

Loved it. Didn‘t love Elene. Not sure if I‘m sold on Vi. That ending though.
I like the story better when Kylar and Elene aren‘t together. If I had to read Honey... one more time, I was gonna lose it. Find a different term of endearment for fuck‘s sake! And Kylar‘s inner monologue about hating himself and not deserving her because she‘s so good...stooppppp. Their whole relationship is sandpaper across my skin.
Sooooo Elene is a bit irritating. Religious, a pacifist and prudish. Quit holding back my assassin dammit! I‘m thinking I could do without the whole torn between a woman and doing what he loves thing.
I went with an assassin. Assassins, thieves, pirates, 3 of my favorite buzzwords
This trilogy will always be one of my favorites. It's so well written and complex; every read through is exciting.
Book two of The Night Angel Trilogy... what a way to continue the story. It gets more and more complicated the more you read. But it just makes it so much more interesting. So many characters who just fit seamlessly into the plot to move it forward. So intriguing! Love it.
I went to the Printer's Row Lit Fest in Chicago yesterday! So many booksellers and book things! I only made 2 purchases, pictures to come, but it was really cool. If it hadn't been so hot I would have spent more time exploring all the booths but what I saw was great.
I enjoyed this book, but it did get slow at points and certain characters complaining about being virgins got annoying.
Im Ernst. Bevor es eine Frau in seinem Leben gegeben hatte, waren die Dinge so einfach gewesen.
I started the second book in the Shadows-trilogy by Brent Weeks yesterday. The first 30 pages were interesting and I'm intrigued to see how the story evolves. #BrentWeeks #shadowstrilogy #currentlyreading
This is the last line of the book, and all it does is make me want to immediately go home and start the 3rd book. Seriously, this raises so many questions.
