I own Anne Byrn Saves the Day Cookbook, but realized she got the Indian Silken Chiken recipe from Madhur Jaffrey. I used MJ's extra spices for the sauce & no brown sugar. I also forgot to take a picture of the food so I'll use the picture in the book. We ate it with asparagus. I would make a second batch of the sauce on the stove top to cover the rice and chicken. Otherwise it was delicious #neglectedcookbooks #monthlycookbookchallenge
