pickSo much better than the first one, but still it wasn't enough. I was reading and nothing was happening. I think this is a trilogy that you have to read in a row because it is very slow.
And about the characters, I love Gabriel and most of the characters are pretty good, but Nathan is just aggggg. I hate his relationship with Annalise. This is the biggest flaw of these two books, though I hope it changes in the next.

pickNot as good as the first book, but still a page turner. I found myself a bit annoyed with the POV character in this one. And the other characters (and the world building) are underdeveloped, much due to the 1st person POV. But it had a strong ending that is making me impatient for the final book to arrive in the mail!
Wait, what?! There's a bunker on a wooded hill overlooking a glacier that's actually somehow in a lake, and there are no footpaths, dog-walkers or people because this is in remote Norway?! The only way a spot like that in Norway isn't crawling with hikers, tourists, and tour guides is if it is a military area. In which case there would have been fences and stuff.
First day back to school for the kids. I've started clearing up after the holiday mayhem and now have a headache from the fumes of cleaning products. Still much to do, but I have EARNED a couple of hours with an entertaining book, I tell you. I'm taking an extended break.

so-soFinished my second book for #biblioweekend. Turns out I seem to have forgotten how much violence there is in this story. I'm going to read the third book but I can't really recommend this one. After spending the day reading it I feel as depressed as Nathan our "hero"aka traumatized teenager

My mom gave me this from her page a day calendar and it perfectly sums up my whole feelings about television and I thought you guys would enjoy it
so-soOnce again I'm on the fence. This time I chose so-so mainly because such a bad writing (aka using "cos" instead of "because") which kept annoying me when I should have been enjoying the story. The plot is alright, though I expected a bit more. (Usually the second book is the best in the trilogy. Look at LOTR or Hunger Games for instance.) Character development is a little awkward. But it's not bad. It's okay. I still want to know the end.
Inspite of my complaint about the writing of this book in previous review, I do love when the author put it like this.
I'm starting to fall in love with these books. Two down, one to go.

I couldn't read anything yesterday, cause I was spending the day at my grandmother's, but I've decided to read as much as I can today!! I'm so excited to read this trilogy, so off reading!!
Now that I bought HALF LOST I could finally read the rest of the trilogy! I read Half bad when I was still in high school, and even though it was barely two years?? Gosh I feel so old! 😂💔
P.s: I just finished A LITTLE LIFE, and where the hell is my happy ending!? 😭
