This was a quick, enjoyable read. I enjoyed it and found some useful info and support for kicking my inner critic's ass.

This book is cute and good at cheerleading you on to be creative. Mostly geared towards physical art making (like painting or drawing) but can be applied elsewhere. The author narrates it well. I am not sure if it says anything super new but it was a good reminder. #audiobook #24in48
Meh. This was ok. I didn‘t care for the authors narration, it felt awkward at times. The content was ok, but extremely simplistic. Lots of platitudes and quotes I‘ve read a hundred times before. Good quotes, but still not particularly original. I may have appreciated this more in my late teens, or maybe I would have resented feeling like I was being spoken to like a child. Who knows. At least I only paid 99 cents for it, and it was short.
I‘m listening to this one on Audible while I wait for A Court of Frost And Starlight to arrive (so excited for that! 😬) This one is ok so far, but really basic common sense stuff.

I snagged this #Audible deal a few days ago on a $2 whim. I‘m really happy I did! It‘s a short (just under 3 hours), but feel-good type of self help-ish book for creative folks. I‘ve always felt myself as pretty creative and crafty, but not necessarily as an artist. This book provides some good advice and perspective. It hit me at a good time.
The Audible daily deal looked too fun to pass up. 🤷🏻♀️
This book was so inspiring!!! The whole time I was reading it I kept thinking about different people I wanted to give it to, so they could be inspired too! However I will be keeping this copy because I see myself picking it back up in the future! 😉 Also the book is filled with Martha Rich's paintings and I love her artwork!!!!! #martharich #definitelyreaditagain
Really cute book that serves as a much needed reminder that every creative person struggles at being creative, no matter how long they've been working at their craft or how successful they've been. The author is a visual artist, so she gives a perspective on being creative that, as a writer, I found different and helpful. Giving it away as a Christmas present. 🎁📚👍
