Started on the long plane trip home and finished this morning at home. A sweet , delightful story. Perfect for the trip and the jet lag. Would be great gift for a cat lover this Christmas. So glad to be home. The day after we left SAN Francisco the air quality alert went to purple. And would you believe here in Perth the city covered in haze from prescribed burns! 🙃 . @MrsMalaprop

My reading for the long flight home which starts this evening. This has been a trip of unfortunate incidents. With one great highlight and perhaps main purpose of the trip, seeing and spending time with granddaughter. Feeling very very sad for the people of California who have lost so much. Both of us will be glad to be home safely in sunny Perth. @MrsMalaprop

I‘ve just finished this one, which will be my last book of the year. I was excited to see it in my #secretsantagoespostal from @MommyOfTwo . I loved it. It was sweet and heartbreaking at times.

I love this book so far. I just got through part one (before the cat comes), but need to stop because I have too much to do before work tomorrow.
