I raced through the first 3/4 of this delightful book and slogged through the last 1/4. It really did feel never ending for a bit! But I truly adored it! The movie is one of my childhood favorites. AAAARRRTAAAAXXXXXX!!! 😭😭😭

My library loan finally came in! Been waiting 4 months for this one! Can‘t wait to dig in.
This is super fun so far...about 20% in. A recommendation from the Books Between podcast
I loved the first in the series. This one dragged for me a bit, but the ending was completely worth it!
Our power went out for awhile this evening and I wanted something cozy to read. This was one of the most deeply beloved books of my childhood and damn, does it hold up!
Friends. I just started this novel and am already utterly terrified. Because when @Liberty says “bad things happen “, I FREAKING BELIEVE HER.
Finished and loved (currently chomping at the bit for new Becky Albertalli!)
I‘ve been thinking so much about this series since I finished the last novel. The reason I love it so much is that, even though I read the series as an adult, it immediately takes me back to my happiest days as an 8 year old...quietly whiling away the hours in my cozy attic bedroom. It‘s “instant happy childhood memories” on the page.
Talk to me, people. Is the rest of this series as good as the first novel???
I haven‘t read the book OR Seen the movie!!! I just started the movie and am absolutely HOOKED!
“When you don't know everything you could know, it's a fine time to shut your fucking noise maker and be polite.”
I am so sad this is the end of an incredible series that has brought me so much joy. These are as close to my heart as Ramona. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
This audio is SO FUN. I‘m loving every second of this grand tale. Im@completely immersed in the world and caught up in the plot.
Game of Thrones/Hunger Games mash up...not a ton of novel ideas here, but.......PHHHHHHEEWWW! What a ride!!!!!!
Definitely my most favorite read so far this year. Everything about this book was PERFECT.
I was very engrossed by this story. Since I live 30 minutes from Leroy, it held extra interest for me.
So I‘m about 75 pages in and not loving this one. Neither of the main characters are likable to me, and quite frankly, I find them boring. However, I‘ve heard nothing but rave reviews. Is there a big payoff at some point, or should I just ditch it?
Highly entertaining, and WOW, what a crazy job Mastromonaco had, though from the outside, looks like she pulled it off seamlessly.
More fabulousness from Samantha Irby. I was psyched to read it‘s in development with abbi Jacobsen for a show on FX!
ALL THE THUMBS UP!!! The audio was great and added another dimension of emotion.
Today‘s life lesson: Do not read books that make you GUFFAW while nursing your baby to sleep.
I guess I was expecting a bit more....drama? The writing was very straightforward and objective. Super inspiring story, just not told with any flair/excitement/DRAMA.
Because I‘m OBSESSED with RISE!
I am really digging deep to try and find some empathy for the parents in this memoir but it‘s a challenge thus far.
I‘m returning to some of the books I bailed in when I was pregnant, restless and unable to focus on reading for long. This was a wonderful start.
I tore through this one....hard to put down
Fascinating read. I‘m sympathetic to Chris Knight and wish he could return to the existence where he found serenity and quiet.
Couldn‘t have picked a better audiobook for my three hour dental appointment. I was completely absorbed and distracted me from the all the drilling. 😬
Light, fast, sweet, fun. Helped to get me through this very wintery first week of April
The cover in this one 😍
Continuing my recent middle grade streak.
5 stars, an incredibly inspiring story. I learned so much!
Another solid delivery by Kevin Hearne! That Oberon gets me giggling every time he thinks 😆
Overall I really enjoyed this one! The overall tone of the book was so gentle that a scene towards the end containing some violence felt abrupt and unexpected to me. I‘m definitely looking forward to reading the rest of the series!
My husband and I are buddy reading this book... he on audio and myself in paperback. When we try to talk about it, we can‘t understand one another because I pronounce the names and words differently in my brain than his audio narrator does 🤣
I adored every word of this memoir. I tore right through it, and will likely end up in my top 2 favorites of the year.
Got this recommendation from a fellow reader on the Happier in Hollywood FB Page . It‘s mixes regency England with magic. The perfect pick for me!
This was amazing...initially magical and ending with melancholy, I hope there is a sequel someday.
I‘m on a memoir kick...this is number 3 in as many weeks
What an incredible story told by an inspirational woman
