Day 3 of #booktober! This is the best book I have for #textonlycover but what can I say? I love fancy book covers. This one I think is one of my favorites because of its simplicity though. It feels like the perfect read for a rainy fall day...

Day 2 of #booktober! I do not own any #booksetinSAmerica, but I do have this book, which I think is going be a great book about culture and identity. Can't wait to read this with my book club!
Day 1 of the #booktober Photo Challenge! I've been meaning to get through the ToG books forever! Heir of Fire is taking me a while, but I'm so excited for Queen of Shadows because everyone says it's epic! #mostanticipated
AMAZING SEQUEL! So action-packed and I can't believe I didn't find this series sooner!
I can't tell you how many times this book made me laugh out loud. It's hilarious- and I recommend it to people of all ages!
This book was enjoyable to read, but it in no way compares to the rest of the series. I loved seeing new and old characters, but sometimes there were plot holes and things were just too convenient. I read this book in two days, and had so much fun reading it, but I miss JK Rowling's writing style. I like this book, but as a separate story.
Mallory is the sassiest character. She basically says out loud what I usually think and decide not to say. Haha I love Rick's humor.
A beautiful, heartbreaking, haunting story of four people from four different places each escaping the same thing, hiding four different secrets. This book was so intriguing, I couldn't put it down. I loved each character so much, I couldn't help getting attached to them. The story was a tragic one, with 9,000 people doomed to die in a boat sinking worse than the Titanic. I loved this story so much, it was truly amazing.
Funny, awesome, comical, unique, amazing, action-packed, adventurous, beautiful and inspiring. Nimona was so much fun to read, look at, and journey with. Her story is an epic one and I highly recommend it.
Zenith: An epic introduction to a world of space, stars and thievery. The Bloody Baroness isn't one of my favs yet, and definitely has to win me over some. There is lots of potential in this story though, and I'm excited to see Andi and her squad as they take this galaxy by storm.
I'm so happy with the way this series ended! I never thought my favorite would be chosen, and I never imagined it ending on a happier note. I'll miss America, Maxon, and even Eadlyn. They taught me that before you give your heart to someone else, you must first find it yourself.
I loved the 5th Wave, even though the last two books have not been my favorite. Although parts of the book were complicated and could've been explained better, Rick Yancey's beautifully poetic writing took center stage. A satisfying ending to a story of adventure, sacrifice and most of all love.
Sometimes, one page of a book just has the best writing, and it seeps into you and makes you think. Then you read it again. Then you reread. In the Last Star, this page is 182.
"I am humanity. And if this is humanity's last war, then I am the battlefield." --- Rick Yancey, The 5th Wave
This book was so good. The characters were so amazing and humorous. This book taught me to be thankful that I can wiggle my toes and ride a bike. It's a beautiful story with beautiful writing and I think everyone should read it.
