Interesting sci fi book form one of my favorites recent authors. This has all the classic comedic style Tayler brought with the bobiverse books. The science is explains in a simple way that‘s not hard to fallow along with. I think I enjoy bobiverse‘s pacing better but on the whole this was a great book

I related to this one so much. I‘ve felt the same way Charle‘s. Lost in your own head and trying to understand the world The book shows the importance of having people around to help ground us to this world. Also the importance of reaching out when we do need help

Absolutely loves this book and can‘t recommend it enough!

The Fifth Season | N. K. Jemisin

This one a starts out a little slow when we jump from regular 3rd person for two of the narrators and a 2nd person POV for one. Once you get past that and get into the story this is a great book with some awesome and unique work building. The book touches ideas of discussion, suppression, and exploitation of groups. It makes you think the entire time.

Would say this isn‘t for someone jumping into fantasy the first time.

An interesting post apocalyptic super hero series simpler to the boys, where super heroes aren‘t pure hatred protecters, but cold hearted tyrants. Is much less instance then the boy but it you enjoy the idea of morally questionable heroes this is a good one to check out.

To start off it feels good to have Percy Jackson and the gang back together. But I think this series has one big problem, because the series is a prequel and we know what happens,it kind of undercuts the entire series. I don‘t think this was entirely needed as I consider Percy‘s arc over as of house of hades. Aside from that, this had a lot of classic Percy Jason moments. This was a good story but wasn‘t important overall

A solid ending to the series that brings everything together and ends on an optimistic note for all the characters. This book makes up for what happened in book 3 with it not moving the plot forward a lot. It also has a lot of cool ands surprising moments that pushes the series to its final conclusion

This is is the weakest book in the series overall as I don‘t think it did a lot to advance to play for world as much as it needed too considering this was the 2nd to last book in the series.

This was such an interesting book as it takes a look at the exploration of technology and its effects on those who don‘t have it. This was a great book that tells the story of the fight against expansion and what people are willing to go in the fight for freedom

Wasn‘t as impressed with this one. I just think this one moves a lot fast then the other 2 did. A lot happened all at once without enough time to develop what happens. I still enjoyed the series but this one was the weakest

Of the three this might be my favorite. I think I has the overall best story, with the most action and the best overall flow. Really enjoyed how the war between no peak and mountain escalates and the stakes for higher.

Cool book with an even more interesting concept… what if you could see a world where things went different. This books gives you a story of grief and longing for what could have been. As a man searches for a way back home he knows.

Was an amazing story of humanly with a lot of physics that‘s not that hard to understand

Absolutely awesome to be back in this series. With a book fallowing my favorite character. Always thought murtagh didn‘t get enough development, so it‘s good to finally see him get it.This book was a great ride with lots on new lore and character development for both thorn and murtagh. It also sets up the next big threat for murtagh and the others to face off with in the next book for in the series.

Overall i enjoyed this book as a story of a man hunting down his enemies but leaning more about them and himself along the way. Most of the book is solid with an interesting world to explore. It‘s not till the end of the book where it takes a weird turn that throw me a little bit.

Solid 2nd book for the series as it explained on the world of the book giving us a deeper look into what lead to the world being as it is. All the characters where put throw the ringer in this one and had some great moments. All in all can‘t wait to read the rest of them and see where the story goes

This book once again left me shattered with how it handed some of its best moments. Also character arcs for just about all them where incredible. With only one part that slowed the book down once again Red Rising series has another solid entry to its name that leases us ready for Red god and what comes next

Just finished listening to the Audio book for this one and it was a little hard to fallow at times. I liked some of the ideas the book was playing with. Such as the god spoken, and the fight over what to do with the descolada. I think if I‘d read this right after the other books I might have liked it more but it‘s been a while since I‘ve read the first 2 books in the series. Overall I liked it

Overall I enjoyed this book I think it keeps what I enjoyed from the first book. I think it has a few paining problems with trying to balance all of the major plots. Also Tau takes a bit of a hit in the character development side as I think he‘s sidelines a bit with everything‘s that‘s going on

Overall I enjoyed seeing us return to the work of Artemis fowl with fallowing the twins. But with the more comedic tone of the books it doesn‘t feel like an Artemis fowl book. In one way that‘s a good thing as it gives the book it‘s one identity, but on the other hand I definitely enjoyed the more serious tone of the original Artemis fowl books

To be completely honest I wasn‘t that impressed with this one. I was really looking forward to going back to the world of the keepers, but now that we‘re back I‘m kind of underwhelmed. The book completely ignores things from the other books and had a hard time getting connected with the new kids while splitting the book with the original keepers.

Just finished this book a few days ago, and to be completely honest this was a big disappointment to me. I really enjoyed the idea of this book but to me this book sufferers from having as many characters as it has. Some of them could have been combined together and it would have opened the book to focus on a few main characters. I think this book had a lot of promise but didn't quite live up to it. Witch is a disappointment to me.

This was another great entry into the Arc of the Scythe series. Overall I think Greyson and the Thunderhead really came into there own and where a big part of why I enjoy the book. I only have one big problem with it and that that‘s the fact the Rowan and Citra aren‘t given a large role in the overall story. Other then that I did enjoy this as the conclusion to the Arc of the Scythe series overall

I really enjoyed this as the second book in the Arc of the Scythe series overall. I enjoyed Rowan becoming a Batman avenger type chapter for this book. I also enjoyed Citra and her mission of fighting the new order scythes from the inside of the scythes. Wasn‘t rally thrilled with the what happens with Goddard in this book.
