YASSSSSS SO MUCH IS HAPPENING AND IT‘S SOOOO GOOD. (Currently on part 2.)
Gonna read this, BUT FIRST, I must read TSS.
SO HAPPY TO OWN A COPY AGAIN!!
GUYS THIS BOOK ABOUT KILLED ME. I LITERALLY WENT NUMB AT ONE POINT. IN COMPLETE DENIAL. LIKKKEEEE UHHH BUT IT WAS THE PERFECT END TO FEYSANDS STORY! Readitreaditreadit
Started this one just a couple minutes ago, and I can tell it might live up to all the hype I've heard about it!
So amazing!!
I really enjoyed this retelling of The Tempest!
This book needed a bit more development of both the world and the characters. Otherwise, it was a fun quick read.
Also, is it weird to say, but I did not like the format of this book? Like? The pages were too short and narrow (text wise), even though the pages themselves were pretty good sized.
If I have learned anything in this long life of mine, it is this: In love we find out who we want to be; in war we find out who we are.
The first half was a good insight into the mind of Maven. The second half was a good insight into the motives of Cal. Gosh. The last book is going to kill me.
Okay, I need to have some sort of memory boost about these books BECAUSE I TOTALLY FORGOT WHO ALMOST EVERYONE ONE IS. Except Mare, kickass lady... Maven, complete and utter coward assface... Cal, utter coward assface's older brother.
This was so good. SO GOOD. *shoves book in your face* READ IT NOW. But, please read Six of Crows first... thank you.
In part 5 of this book, and it is really intense. All the characters have such interesting back stories and uhhhh. Wow.
Elantris was pretty good. It wasn't my favorite of Sanderson's but definitely a necessary read for the Cosmere... I gave it 4 🌟's simply because of that ending. There was definitely a TON of build up and he sure freaking delivered. Can't wait to read more about Sel, and the awesome characters that live on the system.
Just started.
Okay. This book was even better the second time around! If I could give the book all the stars in the universe, I would. Like... SO AMAZING.
Onto my first reread of this monster of a book! I'm not kidding when I say they are better the second time around!
This book is one of my favorite fantasy books EVER. And I'm currently reading it a second time! Ahh. Love it. I wish I were a Knights Radiant.
Just started! It's actually pretty cute at 65 pages. Note: This is the Owlcrate edition of the book. The original has the black cover, like the note beside it.
I believe this is one of my favorite books I have ever read! I loved everything about it! So good!!
About to start!!! So excited!
If you like learning about political economics, this is definitely the book for you!! Very informative, if a little out dated (was written in 1944-ish). It is still, however, very relevant today!!
About to start. I honestly hope it's not generic clichèd poetry. *sighs* Blow me away Rupi!!
Literally chapter 2 and the sass is strong. Love Riordan.
I flew through the first book! Hopefully this one is the same...
So good. Such a quick read!
The beginning was interesting. But it did drag a bit in places, and honestly read more like a screenplay, or something, than an actual novel. I wanted more from this book than it actually gave me... *sighs* I will try the next book in the series though! Hopefully JK Rowling will get better at writing Detective Novels...
I'm a little over 50% done with Outlander, and I really don't like how they treat their women. I mean, Claire was saying stop and no, but you know "Wives must obey their husbands..." so and so forth. I like the writing, though. It really puts you in the time and place.
Okay, so that's insane. I honestly hope there is some way around Elena's promise to the gods. And that Aelin doesn't have to freaking die, 'cause if my fire breathing bitch queen dies, I die.
Just started and... yeah. I don't want to put it down but Empire of Storms is calling me.
I really want her to save Terre d'Ange from Melisande. Come on Phèdre, you can do it!!
About 3/4 of the way through.
Eeeeeeee... Started. 50 pages in. Here we go!
Okay, this book was great!
It's taking me a while to get into this one. Having the same problem with Soul of the Fire. Hmmm... I did just finish my third reread of ACOMAF too so that could be why.
WHY AREN'T ANNA AND ÈTIENNE TOGETHER YET?!?!
Also, at work waiting for someone, ANYONE PLEASE JUST COME AND PICK ME UP. Geesh. 1hr and counting.
Just started. Heard so much about this book.
This was such a good quick read! So many lessons learned by the main character, and he retains his true self through out everything. Well, sans godlike powers...
Started a while ago. Here's to hoping I finish it soon... #tbr pile is gargantuan.
Rick Riordan's writing never ceases to amaze me. The idea behind this is pure gold. Get it? Because he's the sun god, and has(d) golden rays of sunlight? No? Nevermind then...
Got sucked into this one really quickly. The politics, the court, the *clears throat* fun times. Ah. Yes. I enjoy it.
I finished this books a few weeks ago... It was AMAZEBALLS. Anyways, did not expect that ending, although I kind of had a feeling it would happen... Just. Didn't. Expect. It. To. Actually. Happen.
About to start this, the last book in the Grisha Trilogy... 😭😢
Gonna start this now. I finished Shadow and Bone like... Maybe 30 minutes ago?!?!... Idk. It's time to move on.... To the next book!!! Yayayayay!!! Here's to that late night reads! Okay, all night reads.
This is such a good book, so far!!
About a hundred pages in, and FINALLY WILL IS NO LONGER AN ASS.
This was a perfect end to a wonderful story! She did such an amazing job of tying it in with The Mortal Instruments! I can't wait to read Lady Midnight, now.
