It was interesting to read about life in a traveling circus. The story jumps back and forth from the past to the present. This helps the reader understand the character better. Overall good read.

I wanted to read this before I watched the new Hulu series. Great dystopian novel that keeps the reader drawn in. Lots of questions left unanswered at the end.

This is the 6th book I've read by Lani Young. I love that her writing focuses on Samoan culture. This book picks up right where the first leaves off. Literally the next day. Lani's books pull me in and I usually read them in one long sitting. The Scarlet series focuses on family, culture and love.

Love books by Lani! Great story mixed in with lots of information about life in the Samoan culture.

Funny. Not too informative but very real experiences and thoughts of a new mom to be.
