pickI finished this book and immediately wanted to start it again! I loved the writing and imagery! The character building was amazing ! And the story? I don't have words!! It was enthralling , beautiful, sad, wonderful. Etc.. ❤️. I would love to hear others thoughts !

so-soThis book was between a SO SO and a PAN. I have it on audio and I listened to it twice thinking I must have missed something ! I consider myself a political person so I thought I would like it. It just fell flat for me. The premise was good but there was no character development. I found myself just wanting to know what happened, but not really caring about anyone in the story ! I know reviews are mixed! It just didn't work for me 😐

Sweet sweet story that I remembered and loved from my childhood! I couldn't believe when I found it on Amazon! This is the story of 10 year old Terry. She tries so hard, but everything ALWAYS goes wrong for her! I was in the 4th grade when I came across this book and could identify so well with this little girl. What 10 year old doesn't feel like nothing goes right for them from time to time? The story is so sweet and funny !
This book is sooo good! Ive been so busy at work I'm struggling to put in reading time so this is going slower than I'd like 😔. BUT, I did order the other two books in the trilogy because I know when I finish this I'll be free diving right to the next!
After a couple of pretty light reads, I finally decided I'm ready for this one. It's been on my TBR pile for a couple months because I had to wait until I was mentally prepared for it . I read the first chapter last night before I went to bed and it's as I thought it would be. Gripping from the first words of the page! A coupe of restless dreams let's me know this will be a haunting read. Glad I'm off the next 4 days to devour this one!
pickI really enjoyed this one! Not just another story about a family getting through family stuff. This one had so much heart, warmth and humor and was just an enjoyable and satisfying read. Without spoiling the ending, I will say I'm happy with the way it finished! For a while it looked like it was going in a different direction and then SURPRISE! Very sweet quick read! Would definitely recommend!

The Klara Wizel Story is a true account of 16 year old Klara's time during The Holocaust under the watchful eye of " The Angel of Death" . She is eventually chosen by Mengele to die in the gas chambers. However, fate intervenes. I read this in one sitting. I could not put it down. It does not dive too deeply into the horrific events so it could be appropriate for young readers to help them understand what happened without being too graphic .

Just curious. Does anyone have a favorite place or chair/couch that you like to read at/in?? Apparently I do and I didn't even know it!! My son is home from a two week business trip and he is sitting in my reading spot right now watching TV !! There's lots of other areas I could choose to sit and read but I'm seriously having focus issues!! 😂. To ask him to move would just be wrong... right?? 😬😭😩😂
pickI adored this book!. A beautiful story of a friendship beginning out of need for both Tully and Kate when they're in their early teens. The friendship spans 30 years and looks at friendship , hopes and dreams , family and love. There was never a " roll my eyes" moment in this book! It was real! The good, bad, ugly and beautiful of real friendship ! I can not recommend this book enough!! Be ready for a couple " ugly cry" moments !??❤️❤️❤️

pickWOW!! Let me start by saying the first 1/2 of this book I found to be frustrating! I couldn't tell if it was me or the book but I was finding it difficult to connect with this world and these characters that were so broken . I even considered putting the book aside. I'm so glad I didn't bale ! It's not an easy read but boy does it pack a punch!! Incredibly thought provoking !! This will stay with me for awhile ...
Soooo... my daughter is in a book club and she tells me she has to go to work and doesn't have time to get the book she needs. What's a mom to do!? I say " I'm off, I'll go"! She laughs.... her book.. Big Little Lies is there! The rest are for me ?
