pickIt‘s been years since I read the early books in the series, so I thought I would mix in a few with the newer ones I‘m still getting caught up on. I just love Meg, Michael and Meg‘s whole goofy family! Things start off pretty differently from what they become in later books, but the wackiness is there! It was also written 25 years ago, so it reads a little differently too. This one was quite a story with A LOT going on!
pickI read this for bookclub last week. There‘s this grindhouse, zombie apocalypse movie called Planet Terror. In the 1st 5 minutes we find ourselves in the dressing room of a go go club where these 2 topless women are kissing. While watching with the director‘s commentary he says he always puts nudity in the beginning because it‘s proven that people will pay attention to the movie more subconsciously hoping more nudity will show up. Imagine my 👇🏼

Gerritsen is such a great writer. I'm always hooked from page 1 and this was no exception. The plot was so good. It's fast paced and dramatic. I loved how it all came together and the ending was perfect 4*
