BookishMe I saw this hashtag on Twitter #CancelEverythingNow 🙄😉😅 5y
LinesUponAPage @BookishMe a little extreme, right? Our state has 10 cases (2 of which are NBA basketball players) the Governor cancelled everything over 100 people. For years 50⬆️ only allowed in a group of 20. All churches cancelled. Kids still in school except 1 school district. Shelves at the stores are empty. People who really need TP can‘t get it. 🤦🏼♀️That doesn‘t make any sense. Especially water, we won‘t lose water going through pipes so ... 🤷🏼♀️. 5y
BookishMe When we were hit by the first wave, the needless panic was ridiculous. Now with the spike, due to gatherings here and in a neighbouring capital, we're trying to mostly stay calm. Shutdowns and cancelling gatherings are not enforced (yet) I also wonder if reactions are extreme. It's a flu virus - stay home and rest to recover should be adequate. Of cos, at risk age groups need more vigilance 5y
Scochrane26 Kentucky has pretty much shut down in the last day. I still have to work though, so I don‘t get to stay home & read. 5y
