Great book for those with social anxiety. I felt so seen throughout most of this book. I loved how all the advice was backed up with science and how social anxiety was explained at its core. It allowed me to understand this is how I am and not some unknown subconscious trauma while providing me with the strategies to not let it impact my daily life. The book can be boring in parts but there is substance throughout.

This was a bit slow for me in parts. There were a lot of times where I struggled to stay interested, but I did like the story a lot. Once I realized how all the characters came together, I also liked that aspect, too. I thought it was very interesting that the author brought together mental illness and cancer and showed how crippling both are and the level of support needed for those who suffer from both. Well written and green ending.

A lovely bi-for-bi romance about two oddballs with social anxiety finding each other and making a little found family for themselves, their queer (ace and gay, respectively) best friends, a couple dogs, and a quirky little French kid. Just so lovely, there's no other way to describe it. #QueerBooks #LGBTQBooks #LGBTQ #BisexualBooks #Romantsy

This is very relatable quote and i feel like others can relate too. Books are the escape of the world, and this book captures that perfectly!

I love the artwork and how detailed it is. You can feel how the protagonist feels by the pictures, like she is just another person in the world. The pictures even seem quiet, even with the groups of people.

Wow! This book is intense and very relatable. It talks about she does not feel like she belongs but then when she reads and writes she feels like sne can do anything. When you finally find your passion in life, life gets brighter. I love how detail and broad the photos are.
