⏰ IF going well, so I‘m adding a new goal to reduce daily sugar intake
👟 Walking: I miss some days with ankle weights but with DST I‘m walking 2-3x/day so room for improvement with weights
🥘 Preparing slow cooker meals is a habit now, so I‘m changing that goal to closing my rings
🛁 Weekly spa nights are going so well I need to order more bath bombs😂
