pickI far preferred the audiobook for this one. Rubenhold did a wonderful job of humanising these women, as well as addressing the importance of Not forgetting them amidst the infamy of their killer. It is sad just how much of the views of these women in their day are making a come back today. 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻

I liked a lot of things about this book. The characters were well developed, which I love. However, there were a few things that annoyed me and made the plot feel forced. I just couldn't get behind the idea that after 17 years, the two main characters haven't been able to get on with their lives. Not genuine at all. The prose and character development get a solid 4.5⭐️ and the plot a sad 2⭐️.

Looking for a holiday read that‘s both naughty and nice? This one has family, romance, emotion, and humor - pure Christmas fun! The audio production was really well done; I always love this male narrator! I don‘t know if I would have enjoyed it as much if I was reading it with my eyes.🎧
