3 in 1. These are 3 fantasy trilogies that I loved as a teenager. I spent so much time in the worlds that these books offered me. All three of them are long spanning series that are still going to this day. I might not be reading the new ones that are coming out now, as my tastes have grown over the years, but the memories I have of the older originals are precious to me and I will carry them with me always. ❤️

LazyOwl I've read some of the Shannara Chronicles, I've been meaning to read the whole series. 7y

GrilledCheeseSamurai @LazyOwl Its a pretty big series. I really enjoyed them though. I haven't read the last 5-6 or so that have been published but one day I'll get around to them. I guess Terry Brooks is gearing up for a finale in the next few years. 7y

So sweet of you to do such a nice giveaway @LazyOwl and Happy Birthday for whichever day it was 🎂❤️ I keep seeing these posts with some great looking books. I don‘t read loads of fantasy but I‘m really trying to get more into it this year 😊 My favourite of all time can only be Harry Potter as I reread all the books at least a couple of times every year ! #NYBirthdayGiveaway

My all-time favorite fantasy book series is The Wheel of Time by Robert Jordan and Brandon Sanderson.

I fell in love with the characters and the world of these books within the first few chapters of the very first book. I followed the series over such a span of years, waiting impatiently for each new book to be published. It became more than just another series; it defined a time in my life.

Another favorite Fantasy series of mine are the Gentlemen Bastards books. 😍

This is another newish (and incomplete) series that was like a breath of fresh air for me when it came to the fantasy genre. The 4th book, The Thorn of Emberlain is due out this year (there's a planned 7 books in total).

I love the characters in this series and following them on their journey is definitely well worth your time! 🙌😍👍

GrilledCheeseSamurai Also...I really need these to be made into movies. Normally I don't think that when I'm reading a book. There's just something in the way that Scott Lynch writes that over & over makes me think how cool his scenes would look up on the big screen! 😍 7y

LoveToReadLiveToRead @GrilledCheeseSamurai I‘ve only recently weaned myself off from checking Scott Lynch‘s twitter feed every week to see if there‘s been a big announcement. I‘m guessing I‘ll hear about it in the bookverse when it happens. Same with Patrick Rothfuss. 7y

I know he just got married and moved across the Country so I'm guessing that's what slowed it down. Rothfuss on the other hand...siiiiiigh. I doubt we'll see that this year. 😥😭 7y
