Another day, another serial killer targeting prostitutes. The prostitution victims in this case were all Craigslist prostitutes. This book is one of the better, more publicized true crime books of recent years. I thoroughly enjoyed it, despite the killer‘s unknown identity.

Blue Rodeo is my favourite band. I've been a fan since 1991. One of my favourite BR songs is "Blue House", which was co-written by Greg Keelor and Damian Rogers. Paper Radio is my favourite of Damian's poetry collections and I hope she writes more soon ?

Day 21 - #LostTogether
While not exactly lost, this group of high-placed hostages whose lingua franca is music, forge unexpected bonds during their interminable captivity. Stuck in the South American Vice-Presidential mansion while negotiations mostly break down, these international hostages are “lost together,” but they learn the often elusive art of communication.

This is the first thing that came to my mind—I hope I did it right.

My energy and time for reading have gotten #LostTogether, but my energy and time are being spent on learning, doing exciting things and sleeping when I‘m not at work 😅

At least my books look pretty until I feel like getting back to them 😍

So I have just finished The Old Curiosity Shop. I enjoyed his descriptive writing so much and it was often poetic. As for the narrative I thought it plodded along, sometimes a little to slow but picked up a pace towards the end.

My next read is staying in London though in a rather different genre!
