I finished the last stretch of my 8 week apprenticeship yesterday, so I decided I deserve a little treat.

#RFKuang has yet failed to disappoint me. Expectations are high! #BetterthantheMovies sounds very cute. A bit conflicted on my second #KathleenGlasgow novel.

Now finally reading this, but through my phone. It‘s going to be a different experience because I prefer reading with a hard copy so much more! So can someone tell me if the bfc‘s are self-started or do I have to join some organized competition to get started with a bfc? A newbie asking for a friend.

Kathleen Glasgow's debut novel completely wrecked me. I finished it with tears streaming down my face and a heart that had been ripped in two during the reading only to then be stitched back together with a sense of hope and optimism. This book is raw and a must read.

I think Kathleen Glasgow did a fantastic job representing people who suffer from self-harm in Girl in Pieces. I don't want to say to much and spoil the story, but I've had some of my friends who suffer from self-harm read it, and they told me that it was fantastic and somewhat therapeutic for them to read it 😊
