Really enjoyed this book and kept me reading into the early hours. A story told through a succession of New Year‘s Eve‘s, alongside a current timeline leading up to a New Year. A very strong pick for me.
Strangely Amy Silver is the pseudonym for Rachel Hawkins (or vice versa). I‘ve loved both these style of books by her, but not really enjoyed the books written in the name of Rachel Hawkins.

This was an audiobook read by the actress, and also author of the book. Personally this was meh from me. Okay but that‘s about it. The story never seemed to go much anyplace and struggled to maintain my interest or concentration.

Starting this one today as I cannot find my copy of the 3rd book in the Strike series, Career Of Evil. I‘ll probably get a few chapters in of this before stumbling over that!
