##DashingthruDecember #holidayfilm
Every Christmas morning as far back as I can recall, my folks would put the 1966 version of The Grinch on the TV while we were waiting for the family to arrive. It wasn't Christmas quite yet without having watched this delightful classic.

I‘m going to end up rereading this every December. I loved it last year and I loved it just as much this year (but I do need to read it early enough in the year to be able to add it to my Auld Lang Spine list. 😂). I love the main characters, the writing, and the locked room mystery. I wish the others characters were a bit more fleshed out, but the focus really is on Maggie and Ethan, so Ally Carter is forgiven.

So my sisters and mom and I are all doing a book club this December. Picked a pretty hardcover Christmas romance. I‘m cackling though because it‘s spicier than expected. Hope mom loves it! 😊

There was a cupcake decorating program the other day at the library, and we were lucky enough to get all the extras! 🤤🧁 They were almost too pretty to eat! Well, ALMOST! 🤭

This book was such a win. A locked-room mystery, enemies to lovers rom-com set during the holidays. I enjoyed all aspects of this story. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Read this for December book club.
I did not like this at all.
I know Blair was trying to surprise them, but like... be honest with her? She's a grown woman. I already hate the miscommunication trope, but this really doubled down in those last 30 pages.
These 2 GROWN adults... well, mainly just Nora cared soooo much about how her neighbors perceived her.
And why are the neighbors protesting on their front lawn?

The.Great.Catsby I'm always happy to be like - oh, just a silly little Christmas book, nothing is real. Everything is fine. But with this, I just can't. 22h

I remember reading this book years ago, and the original cover with the red mittens and the snow just stuck in my head!
