I‘m back from my extensive hiatus! School got crazy towards the end of the year so I had to postpone my reviews!
Unfortunately the first book I‘ve reviewed for 2019 did not impress... I was disappointed that the MC never really improved and the entire story was just depressing.
How have your first 2019 books been?

Some of the #FirstBooks (series, really)that I loved as a kid. My mom read the Little House books to me at bedtime and my grandparents gave the boxed set to me. I loved the Berenstain Bear books, too. The Messy Room was one my favorites in the series - because I liked how neat and organized everything was at the end 😍

Since I misunderstood today's prompt of #FirstBooks here are some of my first books.
Only "Das doppelte Lottchen" and "Die Mondmuschel" were actually once my books, the other books I bought my kids because I loved them as a kid.

This is the first book that was gifted to my son (before he was even born). It is well loved and still a favourite. I can recite it by heart!
