I have always wished that Anne would be my #fictionalbestfriend. I've read a lot of amazing characters, but something about her earnestness and compassion makes me feel like I want to be a friend to her and that she would help me be a better person. Sookie Stackhouse Set | Charlaine Harris

There are so many #fictionbestfriends to choose from. Those from childhood Heidi and Anne; the girls of the babysitters club; Ramona. But in thinking of a fun best friend that I know could confide in, sit around and read books with and have kickass adventures I thought of Sookie Stackhouse. I devoured these books on my first maternity leave and have a soft spot for Sookie. #fictionalbestfriend #uncannyoctober
