Not the tagged book. Dying into Life is an incredible audiobook! Technically, it‘s recordings from a Ram Dass retreat in 1982. I purchased this from Audible and couldn‘t be happier. The retreat included the wisdom of Stephen Levine and Dale Borglum. As a student of Ram Dass, this audiobook offered many new experiences for me. Having some serious concentration problems this week - I think my brain keeps obsessing on work. Hit me up with your best easy, escapist reading recs please!

Picture is my local park where I‘ve been spending inordinate amounts of time walking or running to clear my head this year...

Just started listening to this audiobook, then I begin to absentmindedly scroll through Litsy....
Oh dear, there goes my concentration!
You can train your mind to concentrate by, after reading a page from a book, reflect on the page before you move on.

My concentration is currently terrible & I notice this most when I read books. I have recently given up coffee in order to help calm myself and avoid erratic thoughts and behaviors.
Baby steps...

I know many of you already follow Book Riot on social media but I still wanted to share just in case. This concentration issue randomly arises for me right now. Interesting article.

Guys...I‘ve only read one book in print this month. ONE. While I‘ve listened to several via audiobook on my commute, I‘ve only finished one in print. This has never happened. And I have several really good books going, books I would normally enjoy, but I simply. Can‘t. Focus. Can‘t concentrate. It‘s killing me!!! #RealLifeLitsy #LitsyConfessions

Anybody else have this concentration/focus problem? I swear I have undiagnosed ADD... Really enjoying my current book but here I am on my phone!

Does anyone else have a hard time concentrating in public? I was trying to read yesterday while keeping watch over some people moving a relatives belongings. Actually, this entire month has been one distraction after another and I'm so ready for it to be over! I really want to read this book!
