I grabbed this book the day it came out. I‘m reading it slowly. I‘m not very political, which might be a character flaw in this day in age, so I can‘t binge it like others have. (However, I know I‘m not a fan of Trump because I don‘t like what he has to say. Naturally, I seem to be a liberal 🤷♀️.) Can‘t wait to finish. #slowreads

#readjanuary #slowreads I actually loved Oliver Twist, yet it seemed to take me forever to get through. I guess some books are just meant to be indulged in slowly.
These are my two current #slowreads. I didn't get far enough into either one to get hooked, before I was distracted by other more pressing or more immediately captivating reads. Both of these have been on the back burner for a month or two. I'm just starting to pick up Flight Behavior again after a bit too much epic fantasy of late.

These short books aren't really #slowreads. But they are the kind of books you should read slowly so you don't miss any of the greatness each of them holds within. I flew through these books, which I actually regret a bit. So when I am looking for a reread at some point, I might pick up one of these, and really give my self the time to read them slowly.

I started this book in early December, for a #Coursera course. The first half or so was required. I've been trying to finish it ever since. It is sooo slow, and I wish I had more lectures to help me through, because I am sure I am missing a lot. I have about 65 pages to go. I try to read 10 pages a day, but don't always manage. #slowreads #readjanuary
This has been a slow read for me. It's very long. I avoid long books (over 350 pages).
Everyone keeps telling me it's gonna come together. I believe them, so I bought the audiobook and I'm determined to finally finish it for #DiverseAThon.
