13 books in January.
The Light Brigade was the stand out favourite!
Lots of variety of genres to start out the year.

#ReadJanuary #bestof I read most of my January tbr. I did the Sherlock challenge- read 4 books and listened to one ( A Study in Scarlet) for that challenge.
Also read:
1 mystery
1 historical fiction
2 classics (Sense and Sensibility/Heidi )
1 graphic novel
1 non-fiction ( Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck- audible)
Grand total- 11
My favorites were Moriarty and Passenger to Frankfurt both were suspenseful and surprising.
Not a bad start for 2017

I can't remember the last time I read so many books in a month. #ReadJanuary

My #BestofJanuary is a tie between You and The Book of You. Both are well written and deal with stalking. I also enjoyed The Conjoined. The Woman in Cabin 10 & The Vanishing Year were my least favourite.

January was rather light on novels and even lighter on ones I really enjoyed. But, I did read some good stuff and I have high hopes for February.

RealLifeReading Loved Roller Girl! 8y
DGRachel @RealLifeReading Me, too! It was my only 5-star read and I just adored it! 8y

I read a lot of great books in January, many of them are quite short & I did start a few of these in 2016, but overall I'd call this an exceptional reading month #readJanuary
total = 48
graphic novels & comics = 13
collections of poetry = 10
nonfiction = 9

Pickpick

I kind of have a tree obsession so this book was right up my alley. In a lot of ways, it felt more like an anthropological study of trees than a biological one. To read my full review, check out www.campfirereads.com 🌲#ReadJanuary #Recommendsday

I spent most of January continuing the Anne of Green Gables series, but this one is my #bestofjanuary standalone! Didn't keep up with the prompts very well. Hopefully you'll see more of them from me this month! #readjanuary
