This is the first book of Freida‘s that I haven‘t really loved.

The more and more I think about this book. The more i like it.
I was very "meh" about it at first. Too predictable and all of the characters are very unlikeable. But McFadden really weaved some stuff in there that had me revisiting it for a couple days after finishing.
Not like her other books - it wasn't my favorite of hers, but it was certainly done quite well.

This was the first time I thought I had it figured out from the start… I was close but also wrong 😅
“That‘s the problem with trauma. You can decide to change how you think about it, time can fade it, but it‘s never going to disappear.”
This was my least favourite book of Freida McFaddens but I did start and finish it in a day 🤣 I found it felt predictable and some parts felt unnecessary. I still love her as an author tho 😂🥰
Backstabbing and betrayal galore! Some of my favorite things to read about. So many secrets between Billie and Cassie. Their relationship is toxic. I couldn‘t turn away.
