Thankfully had a much better day for me, an worked 11 days continuously and all yesterday, so made sure today I had a bit of a break at lunchtime today, first in all those days, and shut everything down at 4.15. I listened to all your advice yesterday so thanks. 🥰

CocoReads Doing ok. I‘m at work actually, taking my lunch break right now. After yesterday‘s sunshine, we return to gloom but at least it‘s now freezing at the moment. Getting some reading in. One more workday and then-thankfully, 2 days off! 5y

Andrew65 @gradcat 😂😂😂 Think that is true, relaxing isn‘t a natural talent for me. Brain always working and best relaxation is reading but foot always going. My wife says I run a marathon each night!And thanks, such lovely words. 😊 Take care, I noticed Louisiana was one of the top states for cases. This too will pass. IamIamIam Glad to hear you had a better day, @Andrew65! Today's been a roller coaster! Lol, cooperating, not cooperating, arguing and separating... and my husband had to separate us all! I got out in the sun and got a bunch read today. I also made cookies for my neighbor who brought over Lysol yesterday! 🤗 Hugs to all!! 5y

Tove_Reads So happy that there are these old Folletts to read. I‘ve found so many book I need to read that this new normal will end before I‘ve even read one percent of them. I‘ll do my best to read many, because I‘m stuck with a few series. Yes, I feel you. Murakami not for me. Who will it be in April? 5y

Ms_T Glad to hear you‘ve had a better day today. You popped up in my thoughts twice today! We had a Coronavirus-associated incident at work today and I almost panicked but I took a deep breath and brought things under control. Our hygiene department did a fantastic job cleaning down afterwards and it shows how seriously my workplace is taking this and how great my colleagues are. Mentally though, I‘m exhausted. Roll on the weekend. 5y

When you are working you are feeling mentally and emotionally exhausted, that was where I was yesterday, Littens, including you, helping ground me ready for today. Usually resilient and ability to bounce back, but can be like a rollercoaster can‘t it. Take great care at work and look after yourself. 🥰 5y
ConfessionofaBookaholic I‘ve been working from home and struggling to stay focused today. It‘s been cloudy outside which I think is the main culprit. Really need to start running or something just to get myself outside. 5y

Crazeedi @Andrew65 hi there, I'm doing ok here! I have my tests scheduled next Wednesday thank goodness! It's a nice day here and I'm reading an ARC from Net Galley . So far it's very good. I am making grilled steak, baked potatoes and home grown corn(frozen from last years harvest) for supper. hilded Same as you, I‘ve been working waaay to much the last 10 days, and today I decided to end the work day at normal hours, much needed. I‘ve been in quarantine working from home this period. Yesterday that was finally over and I am now able to do my own grocery shopping again. Just came back from a bike ride, the fresh air did me good. And my refrigerator is now stocked up for the next week 🙌🏻 Glad to hear you had a good day today 😊 5y

BookwormM Tough day for me today Dad‘s birthday and I can‘t see him or give him his presents did phone him and we chatted for a while which is rare he is one of these who hates the phone and then this afternoon one of my team was furloughed (is that the right word) for at least a month. On the good news front Sainsbury‘s delivered food and toilet paper 🍾 no idea when I will be able to get another delivery so we are planning how to ration 5y

TheSpineView First day of shelter in place order here. I am liking it a lot! I am looking at it as an extended vacation. I slept in a little. Did chores around the house all day. Tired in a good way. 5y
JacqMac I‘m so glad that you had a better day. It‘s good that you found a little time for yourself. Our internet went on the fritz. Great timing with everyone home and hubby trying to video conference with work stuff. The problem seems to be fixed now. It was an outside line issue. I was on hold a lot. Hopefully, there will be some reading time now.🤞 5y
