Buck and Billy Baxter set a massive pumpkin rolling down the hill toward their farm in this rhyming Halloween picture book from author Kevin Lewis and illustrator S.D. Schindler. My favorite scene was the depiction of their little sister Lil in her witch costume!

A rhyming seasonal tale from author/illustrator Jerry Smath. I found the text a lot of fun to read and the accompanying artwork cute and appealing. Unsurprisingly, given my fondness for witches, my favorite scene was the one in which the witches fly across the sky, with jack-o-lanterns guiding their way.
