pickI finished my first #BookSpin read! This book is setup very similar to the first one, The Last Wish. I liked it and I'm liking how the stories are starting to build upon each other with the theme of destiny. I'll eventually start book 3, but not quite yet. So far I've been very happy with The Witcher series.
Went in the pool with hubby and my son earlier today, and now the only decisions I want to make for the rest of the evening are whether to game or read. Why not both? 😁

The first half of this book is an absolute slog, which is crazy because we're like 5,000+ pages into this series. BrandoSando made a strategic error, imo, by committing himself to real-time story-telling. This requires him to set this entire novel over the course of just ten days! Why???

I fell behind on this part for a bit. Summer is so busy. And so hot. Yuck. I‘m just finishing up the interludes today. But that was an action packed section wasn‘t it? And I loved the scene with Wit. I hope there is more of that to come. #CosmereBuddyRead
