I find it amusing that Kaoru can‘t sneak around without detection because of his fragrance. Those who‘ve not yet met him will soon get wise to what their noses tell them about spying eyes:
“What a lovely smell! There‘s some delicious incense in the air. It must be something the nun is burning, I suppose.”
