I dug into SAFFRON ALLEY before bed last night, which was a mistake because I was too tired to read more than 20% and I wanted to devour the whole thing. A.J. Demas is so good at illuminating relationships and digging into the uncertainty that comes when you‘ve had a really intense, interrupted connection with someone and you need to figure out how to build on that within the framework of your everyday life. #MFMarch
pickUgh, did I like this book. Not only do we have a will they won‘t they, but even hits you in the feels about motherhood. I feel I even learned a little about myself with this one. Possible top romance read of the year!

Absolutely loved this. The MC's & side characters all have major personalities. Torj stole my heart. He is here to speak truths & cause mischief. Look forward to definitely continuing this series. I do have an arc to read, but I desperately can‘t keep my eyes off these other two 😍😍

so-soClayton Stumper turned up in a hatbox on the fellowship's front porch as a baby. Instead of actually having a heart-to-heart with him before her death, his mother Pippa sets him a treasure hunt to unravel his past. Maybe she just thought he could do with getting some fresh air?
Adorable, but a little boring. If you like low stakes and very little plot, this was a fun meander. Wholesome, but I generally need more meat to sustain my interest.
