With an afterword written by Cat Stevens directly addressing the children reading this, Reynolds does a great job of bringing this song to life with his illustrations. But I still had to listen to the song while I was reading it to get the full effect, so I‘d probably play it for kids as part of a read about.

I love it when a song becomes a book. Peter Reynolds was the perfect choice to illustrate this. Kids are so stressed right now, and I think they could use this song. The dedication page hit my ❤️ and now I'm 😭 .
