First real time I've had to #catchup on a theme challenge this month. My job sees me working through lunch hours, which seem to be a time when a lot of people are on @Litsy , so I always feel behind when I have to post stuff later in the day. I don't like staggering posts too close together, as that seems to ensure that earlier posts get skipped over.

And #Riotgrams #Day20: #Celestial / #Solstice. I bought this science fiction novel earlier this year with a birthday bookstore gift certificate but I haven't read it yet! It's a sequel / companion to The Long Way to a Small Angry Planet, which was one of my favourite books last year. Both of those have beautiful starry night space skies / space on the cover. Anyone else a fan of Becky Chambers?
#Celestial/Solstice #riotgrams When I lived in Southern California, I had a wonderful Chiropractor/Healer.In the back of her cottage that was also her office, there was a labyrinth .Simple,painted on concrete, but when it was dark , and outlined in candles, it was beautiful. She invited her clients to do a labyrinth walk on the solstice . A time to walk in silence, contemplate,and mark that the seasons are in flow,miss that and her,a lot.
