Summer - 5 out of 6
Fall - 1 out of 6
#LitsyAtoZ
20 books read 6 to go
I‘m doing well on all of my challenges except #ReadingUSA2019 - I even switched over to a mixed track and there are NOT a lot of pretty colored squares on this map!!

IndoorDame My personal goals were: 1) to read more women authors ✅ most of the books I read this year have been by women 2) to read more authors of color ❎ this has been harder to do, mostly because I‘m excited by books that get press attention and they get my time, but also because I‘m noticing race isn‘t usually part of people‘s media bio, but I‘m hoping to do better in the second half of the year 3) to read more intentionally🤷♀️ (edited) 6y
Librarybelle You‘re doing well with your challenges! I‘ve fallen behind on mine...my mantra is there is still half a year. 6y
IndoorDame @Librarybelle totally! I felt waay behind too, that‘s why I decided to check in now. when I tallied everything up I was able to make it way more manageable with a few changes. like I‘d originally wanted to do AtoZ as titles but only had about 11 and when I switched to authors I had 20! 6y

LibrarianJen Try this one for New Mexico. It‘s written by a local Navajo Woman who was the first poet laureate from the Navajo Nation. 6y
