My favorite series returns with book #60! This is one of the best in the series. Such a great look at one our favorite character‘s backstory. This has a great balance of heart, action and thrills, with the trademark banter and found family of characters we fans know and love! 5⭐️

This was unputdownable for me! The whole time I questioned every character (they were all pretty sketchy) and whether or not they were telling the truth. But as the title suggests, this is a story about a mother and daughter, and the strength of that bond.

Lucy arrives in Oxford for a visit with her beloved grandmother, only to find that the old woman has died and left her knitting shop to her. But Lucy knows nothing about running a business and can‘t knit! Within a few days, she learns that there‘s a vampire knitting club at the shop, her grandmother didn‘t die of natural causes, a family secret, and she‘s now in danger. Really enjoyed this one!

5th book in the cozy historical mystery Elizabeth Hawthorne Series. Elizabeth wins a ticket at an auction to go watch the comet Altheia. She must go to a private island to watch this event. But a night meant for a once in a lifetime viewing turns sinister.

I enjoy reading The Elizabeth Hawthorne Cozy Historical Mystery Series. In the previous books, there was good character development, but in this one, I didn't see that.

It was interesting to read President Snow‘s origin story!
