Fun middle grade escapism! This is the first book in a while that really grabbed my attention, and I read it in just a couple days. If you enjoy middle grade fantasy and fast paced action stories, I‘d recommend this.

And with that, I‘ve finished the #BirthAndBeyondReadingChallenge #BBRC. This was my cover-change-mid-series book. And honestly I wouldn‘t have read it otherwise, so thanks Ryan! (I still need to update my google sheet...)

Well, that was...a thing 😂 Read this one out of sheer nostalgia. And it pretty much lived up to my expectations. I just wonder how much children actually enjoy this series.

Chrissyreadit @Gissy it‘s hard to get the fat and protein because I was vegan. I had to add dairy in and it‘s breaking my heart but I love the veggies in general. It‘s doable if I get my health back 5y

Blaire Great week!! Yes, if you can add in yogurt - full day yogurt has tons of protein. We also eat tons of beans, lentils, and avocados at my house. 5y

I arrived at the library for my bookclub meeting a bit early today so I could find a couple more middle grade books for the #BBRC #BirthAndBeyondReadingChallenge

I sat and read these two graphic novels, and I checked out two books for other categories. I‘m not sure if I‘ve ever visited the middle grade section of the library as an adult. There were a lot of interesting books on the shelves!

Light was fun, with a quest feel, and Giant Sloths ⬇️

Lots happening.. lots on my mind... reading a little for #bbrc #birthandbeyondreadingchallenge ... lots of good buggy moments... lots of job craziness (represented by that pic in the upper middle 😆)... and amid 100-degree weather, thinking about fall.

Guys I‘m thinking of *not* doing #fffs this year. I‘m thinking of maybe doing a cozy swap if @cobwebmoth or someone else wasn‘t already doing it..
