pickStarted this a bit before Christmas, and all the festivities of the season kept us from finishing it before tonight. We enjoyed it though, and I am glad I stumbled upon it last month. One of our favorite authors. Funny, clever, and heartfelt. My fifth grade son gives it 4 1/2 stars and I agree.

I recently started using the libby app to get library ebooks. I spent last week on an R&R getaway with my family. I ended up with much more time to read than I anticipated. I turned in a library book, checked out a library book, turned in a library book, and checked out a library book all while in another state! Each was a holiday book I enjoyed but certainly do not need to own. #advent #advent2017 #LibraryEBook

We did not plan to read this on cookie day, sometimes things just work out and make you smile about the sweet coincidence.
