Reading is probably my biggest hobby, but that would be dull and cooking is up there too. So for #afavouritehobby for #riotgrams today here's a photo of the illustration of the lamb recipe from this Mary Berry book that I'm cooking for 10 (!) in a few weeks time for a family meal. Other than reading, #AFavouriteHobby is writing stories. And since my stories are historically set, l have to do a lot of research to. Which, if you ask me is one of the best parts 😀
Of course l love the web, but really there little better than books for research. You learn lots of things you never imagined you wanted to learn.

#riotgrams #afavouritehobby besides reading and buying books, I love to knit. I taught myself when I was 29. I'm taking advantage of the summer off by trying to knit up some of my enormous yarn stash. I am not currently expecting but that is a baby blanket I have been knitting.
