pickAdmittedly, I‘m not fully abreast of the tragedies taking place in Syria. This is a book that delves into those who face daily horrors living in a community under siege, and how those individuals find hope and perseverance while starving and facing death. Thomson interviews those who started a secret library. It‘s inspiring, though parts of this telling are graphic. I recommend this. ⬇️⬇️⬇️
