It‘s almost #readathon and here‘s my (ambitious as always) “stack” to choose from. My library holds came in for Ivan Ramen and the first two Jason Aaron Star Wars GNs (a rec from @skrishna 😊). A mix of short things, long things, already-been-started things, and not-started-yet things. Time to get some sleep! 💤 #30daysofreadathon @DeweysReadathon

The readathon happens to fall on my busiest day in WEEKS so that makes it difficult to have such a big #stack of reading...my eyes are bigger than my stomach, for sure. I have lots of short reads and comics set aside for tomorrow, but I also have a ton of unfinished current reads, and at LEAST 8 of 24 hrs are booked with family engagements. Can I get away w/ v little sleep w/o everyone knowing? 😆😆😆😴 #30daysofreadathon

#30daysofreadathon Day 1: Stack
Here are the books I hope to get through during the #readathon! I have a few e-books on standby should I finish them or need a change of pace. My strategy was to pick medium length thrillers to keep me hooked for all 24 hours and too spooked to even dream of napping!
#deweys24hourreadathon begins for my time zone at 7am tomorrow morning- there is still time to join in if you haven't yet, whether for 1 hr or all 24!

Retrieved my package this morning after refusing to leave the building lobby until I found someone to grab it for the me, actual responsibilities be damned.
After 17 years I'm so ridiculously excited that even without a scheduled #readathon tomorrow no one would be getting me to put this baby down until I finish it!

It's been 17 years since the His Dark Materials trilogy ended; today, the story continues. Y'all I've been having an emotional response all day to this release because this series has played a huge role in my shaping since I was 8 and when I got home no one was at the desk to get my package so no #readathon for me tonight. 😭 I will spend the rest of the night living vicariously through people posting their copies!

Looking forward to Dewey's Readathon tomorrow! Here's my shortlist. Well, it isn't so short after all! LOL! I've got a variety from which to choose since I'm a mood reader-will see what looks appealing at the time. I know I'll read the tagged book since it's for a librarything group read hosted by @Andrew65
I'm most looking forward to reading the graphic novel of Pride and Prejudice!
