This was a good exercise for me today, as I am feeling a bit crappy. Things that are making me happy are: spending more time with the dog, my partner, cooking, and slowly working on the garden. And having an amazing dance teacher who although the studio is closed is continuing to provide (very different) lessons in the interim, and spent the first few weeks of lockdown celebrating a different student every day 🥰

I do feel much happier when I take time out to actually remember what has made me happy. Thats why I had used that as a goal for my #20for20 ... It helps a lot! Also loved seeing these pictures!! 5y
