This is a good overview of how to achieve goals in a concrete time frame. I listened to the audiobook and it would have been better to read the print version because of the number of writing exercises in it. Also if you‘re not a straight white man with a nuclear family, you might struggle to find yourself in the case studies, but the advice is sound.

I've done Michael Hyatt's "Your Best Year Ever" goal-setting course four years in a row now. It has literally changed my life.

We know that reading a book won't change anything, unless you change. This book helps you figure out what has held you back and kept you stuck and what your next steps forward are. Decide when you order it that this book won't end up in a pile collecting dust. Let it guide you in the process of making lasting changes.

So, I feel like you can't really review a lifehack/ self help book immediately upon completion, but I really like how action oriented this book was. This is a very clear action path for how to make changes over a year by analyzing your current situation, goal setting and periodic review. I did follow along with the exercises, so I guess I'll know for sure in a few months! also I thought this worked well on audio.

2017 #158 sci fi audio this is so weirdly like the TV series The 100 but not really but that's I could think of. It was weird and I couldn't get my mind wrapped around the construct. Book 1. Will probably wiki the others because I'm not sure I really really want to continue the series.

1001 list book #158. My first Bronte (any Bronte)--a little sappy and predictable, but somehow satisfying. Would be a good read for middle and high schoolers.
