1. Okay, I‘m tired & somewhat stressed & it‘s a Monday of a busy week.😬
2. Both. Sites like Litsy (my main social media) & certain positive accounts I follow on Instagram & TikTok have a good impact. Most of the rest of it & the news have a negative impact. I am only on Facebook for Messenger contact with my siblings & limited family updates but otherwise stay off.
3. Not total breaks but partial ones & news breaks help.
Kerrbearlib I‘m the same way with Facebook. I want to quit it altogether but I am not there yet lol. News breaks have been helpful for me too, even more so than social media breaks. 2d
