I have tendencies to get anxiety & think of the doom & gloom side of things & so I‘ve have been trying to add more #Positivity to my thinking & life. ( #5JoysFriday is one example 💛)

I started this little Kindle Unlimited book in January & I like the daily quotes & questions so far & I sometimes use them for additional journal prompts. This is today‘s quote by John Lennon.
