1. I was doing well then volunteered at an event last night and dissociated. Too many people trying to run the class. Left early.
2. Grounding techniques (smell, hear, see, feel), meditations on the Calm app, reading a book somewhere can see trees.

I was supposed to have a week off getting on top of my life this week, but I got the lurgy. So I got next to nothing done and I'm back to work on Monday feeling worse than when I started.
Also, I borked the diet and book ban 😵

I've started a new book for #WhatsNewWednesday
This #Netgalley ARC is beautiful. I've only read the 1st chapter so far, but I am thoroughly engaged. The illustrations are gorgeous,and the book recommendations are numerous and well thought out.
I'll be buying a copy when it's released on the 12th of September, 2024, for sure.
