This volume centers on the awesome Hawkeye, ok the other awesome Hawkeye as she takes herself and Lucky on a road trip leading to Los Angeles and all sorts of trouble.
The details is in the writing and that was fantastic and played right into the artwork and the simplistic use of color and styling. Can't wait to see where Vol.4 takes me which lead me to give this volume 4 ⭐
pickI didn‘t realize this was an all-Kate book but I‘m so glad it was! She kicks ass but also screws up and has to face consequences, which is exactly how I like my superheroes.

Wow I'm seriously so disappointed in this volume. Maybe it's bcz I'm a first-time comic reader and don't know a thing about Kate Bishop, but for real this comic was so messy. I don't get the point of her. What's the point of another character who shares a superhero name? What's the point of her being around? Because her story in LA was weak as fuck and I just don't even understand why she exists
so-soHonestly, everything was kind of jumbled and thrown together and a little too chaotic for my taste. And I guess I wasn't really able to figure out much about Kate. It's fine to be undefinable, but her entire character and abilities and backstory isn't really clear. I'm sat here thinking "what's the point of Kate Bishop?" The story didn't help me understand her purpose.
I just went and visited the graves of Frederick Douglass and Susan B. Anthony so I'm wigging out a little at that excitement. Ungodly pumped for my midnight trip to B&N tonight to pick up The Cursed Child ✨
