Why can't we have books where lawyers don't make professional responsibility seem like a joke? And books where we don't fat shame people and equate fat to bad? I enjoyed this book overall, but I also have a great deal of frustration with it. So mixed feelings overall. But on the bright side, I'm now past the three hour mark for #24in48. 🙈

A warm blanket, a good book, no work, and small ice storm is how I spent my day!!! 😜 I've read all of Marcia Clark's books now and can't wait for the next. The main character in this one has an evil side that I kind of like!!!

I have a stack of books to get through for a post but I got my hands on the second book in Marcia Clark's new series and I couldn't resist. Okay, I didn't even try to resist.
