25/23 This book was my April book club read (this was us last night). I think we were all a little apprehensive about this choice- a memoir about a women losing her partner, a renowned artist, to early onset Alzheimer‘s disease. But we all agreed it was well written and a compelling read despite the hard topic. It wasn‘t perfect and some bits seemed unnecessary but I think it could help people going through the same situation.
BethM I‘m impressed that your have such a large IRL book club! 2y
Cathythoughts Great pic ❤️ 2y
Tamra I‘m so envious of your club! 2y
Magpiegem @BethM this isn‘t even all of them 😂 there‘s always a few on holiday/working/ill but because there is a ton of us there‘s always still enough for a good discussion. It‘s great! 2y
Magpiegem @Tamra 😊 I‘m very lucky, they are such a lovely bunch. And lots of different life experiences/ countries of origin which makes our discussions really interesting. 2y
